Our Mission
The concept of Live Together® is an intergenerational model of life proposed to be co-located with various types of settings and adaptable to the site, needs, and population.
The Live Together® community mission is to bring together multiple generations and create an Engagement Center that provides an opportunity to support work force development, education, and research for care providers, front line staff, and participation by residents.

Board Chair
Jane is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has worked in the senior living space for over thirty years. She started her consulting practice in 1996 after working for 8 years at Erickson Retirement Communities.
ROY GRIFFITH
Vice Chair
Roy is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is the Headmaster of Rockbridge Academy, a private school for K-12. Roy has a long history of working in senior living with Jane Rohde at Erickson Retirement Communities and JSR Associates, Inc.
YVONNE CHIARELLI
Secretary
Yvonne is a graduate of Towson University and is an Associate Editor for the Facilities Guidelines Institute. Yvonne's proposal writing skills and guidance are invaluable and Yvonne and Jane have worked on positive regulatory changes for environments for aging.
LAUREN ERICKSON
Treasurer
Lauren is a graduate of Towson University and is the Office Manager of JSR Associates, Inc. Lauren and Jane have known each other for over 30 years and have worked together on changing care models and improving environments for aging for over 17 years.
